Each person has a unique combination of these doshas, known as their Prakriti (constitution). When these doshas are in harmony, the body functions optimally.
However, factors like poor diet, stress, lack of sleep, seasonal changes, and lifestyle habits can disturb this balance leading to dosha imbalance and resulting in physical or mental health issues.
Common Signs of Dosha Imbalance:

Pitta imbalance: Irritability, acidity, inflammation, skin issues
Kapha imbalance: Lethargy, weight gain, congestion, sluggish digestion
