Hydrocolon Therapy, also known as colonic irrigation or colon cleansing, is a therapeutic procedure where warm, purified water is gently introduced into the colon via a sterile tube. Using a closed, odorless system, this method helps to hydrate and stimulate peristalsis helping to flush accumulated waste, gas, and mucus.
How It Works
- Gentle and Controlled Cleansing: Filtered water at calibrated temperature (typically 34–38 °C) flows into the colon through a speculum, then exits through the same tube into a viewing chamber. This stimulates natural bowel contractions and effectively clears the colon.
- Therapeutic Support: Sessions often include abdominal massage and breathing techniques to enhance comfort and effectiveness. Afterwards, clients receive hydration support and guidance on probiotics or fiber-rich diets to rebalance gut flora
